The modern ultrasonic generator with Amplitude
Regulated Power System ARP is the result of many tears of experience in the field of ultrasonics. Based on the findings of our research activities, we have continuously further developed our generator technology. The constant regulation of the oscillating amplitude within +/-2% is a decisive factor to reach good and reproducible welding results. Further features of this modern ultrasonic generator are fully automatic frequency control under all load conditions and sonotrode changeover, an electronic booster as well as an optimum amplitude soft-start profile to guarantee no overstress to sonotrodes. For special applications the generator offers the option to electronically program an amplitude curve. The generator series SG-22 is available for ratings up to 5000W and more at a frequency of 20kHz and fulfills the international regulations concerning EMP and interference suppression. The microprocessor controller may be integrated into the generator frontpanel if required (picture).
