FUNCTION:

All installations and equipments for producing gas lighters should be explosion-proof to avoid any hazard. Our company is the pioneer in Taiwan who have designed such kind of machine. This machine has been modified in the mean time to secure more safety and improve better quality and is equipped with following parts:

１．2 sets of ” PI SHAN ” brand ultrasonic plastic welder (POWER:1500W), adopt high efficient converter,IC automatic loop oscillation, low injury hazard, high output, long service life.

２．Automatic rotation equipment including disk feeder and precision three dimension mechanical divider for production around the clock without position tolerance, and provided with maintenance-free control gear box.(lower dies with 24 holes).

３．Variable speed motor (explosion-proof), adjustable to production speed.

４．2 sets of automatic ejection mechanism are provided for synchronous ejection (we do not use cylinders because it will be easy to get blocked).

５．2 sets of gas filling devices with fixed position and fixed quantity mechanical construction (we do not use magnetic valves for safety reason).

６．The Refrigerating Unit is equipped with a gas storage tank, so that air cooling device and gas pipe lines can be used,comprising gas filter, plastic insulation pipe line.

７．2 sets of welding horns and cylinders.

８．Eectric machinery transform Control box including necessary timers and gauges.

９．Air pressure Safety start switch, emergency stop button.

10．The whole system is of explosion-proof design with (electric) contact-free installation, ensure the best safety working.

APPLICATION :

This machine is the most important equipment to make disposable plastic gas lighters. We are specialized in manufacturing ultrasonic machines, and understand the application of all small parts, we have high technical know how and can supply first class equipments.

For the security of explosion-proof effect, all the indoor electrical appliances should be explosion-proof protected, such as switches, fluorescent lamps, electric blowers etc., should be explosion-proof equipped.

Therefore, this work shop should be separated from other equipments, R.C. buildings will be safe. A good ventilation condition should be available in the said work shop so as to avoid too high concentration ofthe gas. Many sets of ultrasonic automatic filling and welding machines may be operated in the same room.
